Question:
What is the minimum number of children required for participation to ensure a good outcome with a Have a Heart Campaign?
Answer:
Not less than 200 is the answer. To ensure that your Campaign is worthwhile of your effort and the effort of your staff and volunteers.


Question:
How is the Have a Heart Campaign carried out and implemented in a school environment?
Answer:
It can be started in a homeroom, art class, or other.After it has begun, the PTA/PTO or volunteers are very helpful in coordinating, envelope stuffing and mailing of the hearts.  It involves very little time to coordinate with our step by step instructions.


Question:
Can my school/organization have a Have a Heart Campaign at any time of the year?
Answer:
Absolutely. HaveAHeartCampaign.com is such a heartfelt and feel good fundraiser it will be successful during any month of the year.


Question:
Do the children or Parents collect the monies and to whom are the checks made payable to?
Answer:
No monies are ever handled by the children OR their Parents!  ALL checks are made payable to your school/organization, and returned by mail in the enclosed addressed envelope provided by your school/organization.


Question:
What materials does HaveaHeartCampaign.com provide?
Answer:
After your Fee Agreement is authorized by your school/organization, and your hearts are ordered, we provide you with all instructional letters for your school/organization as well as Parent and Special Person letters explaining the Have a Heart Campaign in a PDF file which is to be printed or photocopied by you on your letterhead.


Question:
Who provides the postage and envelopes?
Answer:
Postage and envelopes are your responsibility. We can help you keep your cost down with our recommended 6X9 white envelopes.  It is very important to use our recommended envelope and paper weights to ensure that only ( 1 ) First Class stamp will be needed for each mailed letter.


Question:
Should postage be put on the enclosed envelope that is to be returned to the school/organization by the “Special Person?
Answer:
We recommend NOT to use a stamp. We have found that people are willing to provide their own postage for this heartfelt fundraiser.  This will also keep your postage cost down, and ( 5 ) less stamps that would otherwise need to be put on envelopes. We HIGHLY recommend a “real” stamp and NOT a “metered” stamp.  Hearts, Love, Flower, or Cartoon like stamps are the best and keep the envelope looking more like it came directly from the child.


Question:
Can the Parent provide the stamp and mail the letters with the hearts from home?
Answer:
ABSOLUTELY NOT!  To ensure that you have 100% participation from all children it is well worth your investment of the postage and BEST if ALL letters are physically mailed from your school/organization.  This will ensure not only that the  letters GET MAILED out, but mailed out ON TIME with your Campaign!


Question:
Can any part of the letters, hearts, or program be changed, altered, improvised or reproduced in any way?
Answer:
NO. All information, materials, and letters of HaveaHeartCampaign.com are Copyrighted and protected by United States Federal, and European Trademarks and Patents. HaveaHeartCampaign.com will aggressively pursue ANYONE who seeks to use any of our Copyrighted, Trademarked, or Patented material without our express written consent.  We insist on this to ensure that the Original concept of HaveaHeartCampaign.com survives and will never turn into a commercialized fundraiser which would dilute its effectiveness and meaning Worldwide.


Question:
How is HaveaHeartCampaign.com paid for its services?
Answer:
We charge a flat fee based on the number of students/children in your school/organization. Click on contact us above and fill out the form and we will email you your projected costs and net profits.


Schools with us for a first time campaign may opt for a shared
profit
agreement versus the traditional campaign fee!


Question:
How can I/We register for a Have a Heart Campaign for our school/organization?
Answer:
You may use the “CONTACT US” tab at the top of this page and we will be happy to have a Campaign Coordinator of ours contact you to set up your Campaign.


Question:
Why does HaveaHeartCampaign.com charge a flat fee vs. a percentage?
Answer:
From experience, we have witnessed a very good thing – that many of the “Special Persons” donate MORE than the requested $5.00  per heart!  For this reason, HaveaHeartCampaign.com ONLY receives a flat fee leaving your school/organization with 100% of any monies over what you may have projected initially.


Question:
When is the fee paid to HaveaHeartCampaign.com by our school/organization?
Answer:
Our fee is due by the date specified in our Agreement with you.  However, the fee is ALWAYS collected AFTER your Campaign is complete!  The only investment required by you initially is the cost of hearts, postage, and envelopes. Ask us how we can help you get sponsors to pay for these costs.
